SHIPPING INFORMATION

Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting delays experiences by our postal system, please expect delays with all deliveries at this time. The current circumstances are beyond our control but we are trying to work hard to ensure every order gets fulfilled as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.
I. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Silk Masks Australia ships to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, the US and Canada. While we hope to expand our shipping destinations in the near future, International shipping to other countries is not currently available.
II. PROCESSING TIMES
Silk Masks Australia processes all orders within 1-2 business days and initiates shipping within 24 hours of processing (except public holidays and weekends). Tracking information for your order is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out.
III. AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Australian orders over $80 AUD may qualify for free standard shipping via Australia Post. All orders that do not qualify for free standard shipping will receive a discounted Australia Post rate calculated at checkout. Discounted express shipping via Australia post is also offered with rates shown at checkout.
Silk Masks Australia uses Australia Post as our delivery partner. Australia Post allows online tracking of orders -we will send you an email with tracking information on the day we dispatch your order.
Free Shipping is valid for orders that total $80 AUD or more (excluding the cost of shipping) and that are being delivered to an Australia shipping address. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process.
IV. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders exceeding $150 AUD are shipped free of charge to New Zealand. We use Australia Post International as our delivery partner for international orders.
The cost of international shipping to other destinations will be shown at checkout and charged accordingly.
V. INTERNATIONAL TAXES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges on imports. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges may differ depending on the state and country of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the relevant taxes and customs fees that are applicable to you. Silk Masks Australia is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are incurred during the shipment of your order. Silk Masks Australia does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order and therefore do not receive their order.
IV. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The customer must make sure they have entered the right shipping address. We shall not be held responsible for wrongly delivered packages in case a customer enters the wrong or an incorrect shipping address. No refunds will also be offered for misdelivered packages. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Silk Masks Australia prior to your order being shipped by emailing shipping@silkmasksaustralia.com
If the wrong delivery address is provided and the order has been shipped, Silk Masks Australia cannot offer reimbursement for this package. Please note that your order may have been shipped several hours prior to you receiving the dispatch email notification with tracking. In this instance, the above will apply and no refunds will be offered for the misdelivered packages as the package has been shipped.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (e.g. incorrect/incomplete address), Silk Masks Australia reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $8.95 AUD for Australian orders, $20 AUD for international orders to NZ and between $20-40 AUD to other international locations as per the approximate standard Australia Post shipping rate to that region. This reshipment fee will also apply to orders that initially qualified for free shipping.
