Shipping policy

Kavalerie dispatches within Australia only. Our stock is held locally, so orders leave us within one to two business days of cleared payment.

Shipping is a flat $20 nationally, and free on orders over $250.

Orders paid by card are dispatched once the payment clears. Orders paid by direct deposit are dispatched once funds have cleared into our account, so please allow for normal bank transfer times when planning your reorders.

Once your order is on its way we will send tracking details. If anything arrives damaged in transit, let us know within seven days of receipt so we can help arrange a replacement or credit.
